Indian Tandoori Chicken Recipe

    Separate the skin from the chicken pieces and cut some slits lengthwise. Marinate it with salt and lemon juice for 20 minutes.

    Create a yogurt mixture and spread it all over the chicken. Mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, and garam masala in a bowl. Cover it and place it in the fridge for 6 hours to a day or more for better taste.
  • Third Step
    Preheat your grill in medium to high heat and grease it.
  • Fourth Step
    Cook the chicken until the pink color is gone and there are no more juices. Garnish it with lemon wedges and cilantro.
